I stayed for two nighta and got charged for three. Having left the hotel I got charged E40 for a noshow.I contacted the hotel by phone but could not get my money back

The panini and the chips were nice and the pool attendant was helpful and friendly.
The room was dirty, the reception staff were not friendly, the bed sheets had holes in them and the shower was broken.

it is an pure muslim hotel, with strong muslim rooms. i had to rent another room for my husband!!! the hotel is very dirty, we had only warm water in one room, staff is ofensif to non muslims. I am muslim but cannot accept this treatment in an "international" hotel. we cancelled after one night_
as mentionned above, you have to declare that it is a pure muslim hotel, with strongest religious rules and food agapted only for muslims. no alcohol, no married people acepted without the legal papers( who carries them thesedays with in the holidays???) vey ,very bad experience, very unclean, many things broken, no warm water

Our room was really beautiful, it was nice decorated and looked very new. Also the pool area looked really nice and clean, and it is located near the surfing clubs at the beach.
The hotel is not located in the Medina, as it seems to do on the map! It's located near some beachclubs and some 20 minutes walking from the Medina. Taking a taxi is therefore necessary! Furthermore is the breakfast very simple, really not as good as in other Ryad Mogador hotels and the bathroom was a old.
